Our School Supply Distribution for the 2024 - 2025 School Year

So far we have held two school supply distributions, giving each of our 1,000 students a backpack filled with grade-appropriate school supplies as they headed back to school on October 1st. Last year we hired some past and current Restore Haiti students to design and sew every student a new backpack. These were so well made that many of them just needed some basic repair, some needed no repair and some needed to be replaced. Whatever each individual student needed in regards to a backpack they were all filled with much-needed school supplies to set them off on the best foot possible as they returned to school this fall.

BELOW ARE SOME VIDEOS FROM THIS YEAR'S SCHOOL SUPPLY PROCESS ... FROM BACKPACK REPAIRING TO FILLING THEM WITH SUPPLIES TO A HEARTFELT THANK YOU FROM SOME OF OUR VERY GRATEFUL STUDENTS

Some Thank You's !!!

Our students are so grateful for the gift of new school supplies as they start a new school year.

Our School Supplies campaign is one of our largest yearly campaigns. Receiving new school supplies each fall means everything to our students, showcasing their appreciation for receiving an education that so many of us who live in more-developed cultures take for granted. Our students, and all Haitian students, truly appreciate and feel so much love, joy and sense of significance in our world when they receive even the most basic items, items such as a few new pencils, a calculator, crayons or some notebooks. If you've ever travelled to Haiti with us you will know that this is is what makes Haiti so special, the gracious hearts of those that we aim to help.

The support that our organization and our students receive from people all around the world truly means everything to us and to those that we support for it makes such a life-changing difference to our 1,000 students and the three communities that we serve. We look forward to next year's school supply campaign and seeing all of the gratitude and smiles on our student's faces when they receive the gift of an education and the means to embrace it armed with the best chance of success possible.
