Day 2: We began the morning sanding one of the houses that will soon belong to another family …. This will be a project we will continue to work on for the remainder of the week …. After we finished sanding for the day we moved onto VBS for the kids … This included krafts,singing,and games … So awesome to see the joy on the kids faces …. God is good !!!
Day 3: We began the day with children’s church … We performed for a skit for the kids and sang a few songs …. After this we moved into the regular church service … This was an amazing time of worship …. We sang “Break Every Chain” for nearly 30 minutes plus … So beautiful and awesome to hear in another language …. The best part is it all sounds the same to God !!!! His children lifting up His name in one accord …
Ladies Ministry is tonight …. The ladies of our group are going to be washing feet ,applying lotion,and painting fingernails for the ladies in the community … Going to be an awesome time for them … What better way to show someone their a much loved child of God , then to wash their feet and pamper them …. Pastor Steve and I got the afternoon off to either take a nap or just chill … Refreshing !!
