I didn’t sleep at all last night , that was pretty much the loudest thunderstorm I have ever witnessed …. Woke up with a sore throat again , but I’m SUPERBLESSED to have an awesome friend Anna McReynolds who sacrificed some of the things she brought to help me out … Some tea ,cough drops , and some of her oatmeal that she brought as well … We went to the hotel tonight just to get some relaxation and God really was moving … Had some awesome conversations with Anna and some prayer time … I sat in with the group from Atlanta as they were sharing what has impacted them so far on the trip … It was awesome to hear how God is already wrecking their hearts , Rudy one of the leaders of the group asked me to share what was on my heart as well … It’s really been awesome to experience 3 totally different groups and to see how God is making an impact on how they serve … I’m truly living a blessing …. After that we had dinner the cooks brought the dinner to the hotel for the team since its been raining pretty much all day …. If there is any representation of service that is a great example of it … Wow so awesome to witness!!!! Tionel one of the cooks was having back problems , Anna and I were sitting at the table I asked Anna to ask her if we could pray for her , she smiled and said yes , yet another powerful moment on this trip , I began the prayer asking God to perform a complete healing on her back and to give her peace and comfort and to get the rest she needs and to provide strength for the next day , when I finished and started speaking blessings over as well , I opened my eyes for a quick second and she was tearing up, Such an awesome experience . When we were finished she gave both of us a hug … They were packing the tap tap and she was ready to pack the dishes and put them back in the truck , she started lifting the heavy item and I immediately jumped to my feet , if she didn’t understand my prayer maybe she did after I went over and lifted it for her and brought it to the truck and told her to relax … This is why I’m here to act quickly when moments like this arise … Serve and love !!!! It’s a different kind of night since its raining so much Bernard offered for us to stay at the hotel in the lobby , The rain is refreshing in more ways than one .. I keep talking about how it’s important to recalculate and this day has been one of those days ….Another great sign of how much they love us , Jean Mary came to check up on us in the heavy rain to see if we were ok so he could relay the message to the pastor that we would be staying on this side of town for the night ..and my heart keeps getting wrecked … Just when you thought you have served … They show you a great picture of what it really means to serve Ready to start another awesome Holy Spirit filled week here in the community !!!!!
